    Wrist Injuries

    --Arthritis--
~Occurs when cartilage that covers bone surfaces starts to deteriorate. As cartilage disappears, bone rubs on bone, causing pain.

    --Carpal Tunnel Syndrome--
~This is caused by abnormal pressure on the Median Nerve, which is the nerve passing through the Carpal Tunnel of your wrist (located on the thumb side of the palm of your hand.)

    --Tenosynovitis--
~When a tendon and its surrounding soft tissue are injured, they become inflamed, swollen, and painful.
